The Vision
- Like all projects and plans, they start with a vision. This vision from God is a Memorial to Him. Like the memorials and altars of the past patriarchs, the National Abortion Memorial will rise from the fields of north Texas near Fort Worth.
- The Memorial will be a beacon of light, a bastion of hope and river of healing for those who have experienced an abortion. It will also be a solid foundation and rock of education for our nation especially our nation's youth who are living in a time of unbridled selfishness, licentiousness, and unabated arrogance towards the truth of a true God.
A Work in Progress
- Although our building and infrastructure are not yet in place, the elements on this page will provide you with a foretaste of the vision for the future of the National Abortion Memorial. The development of the National Abortion Memorial is broken down into phases. More>>
Why a stone?
- The word memorial means to "remember" or "remembrance". Each stone is a remembrance of God's child and their parent. Why both? Look at the meaning of the Hebrew word for stone below. The National Abortion Memorial stones are a tangible tribute to the dead placed by the living.
- Stones are used to memorialize an event. A tombstone (stone is part of the word) is a perfect example of memorializing death. And stones are also used to mark a path. Stacked stones called "cairn" (càrn) tell the traveler which way to go.
Pile of Stones
- The pile of memorial stones provide a message, a marker of the way to go, a cairn of life. The pile of stones symbolizes the way to true freedom, true redemption and true hope. For the living, it symbolizes the true path towards joy, forgiveness and healing.
- Envision a pile of stones, 50 million stones, that would reach nine stories high. This is God's Memorial. A pile of stones over 90 feet high, the Memorial to God represents His children who have died to abortion in the United States since 1973.
A Hebrew Word
- The Hebrew word for stone is pronounced "aven" or "aben". It is a intelligent combination of two other Hebrew words "ab" and "ben" which means father and son.
Hebrew Pronunciation Meaning אבן aven or aben stone אב ab father בן ben son - Therefore, the word "stone" in Hebrew literally means: father and son. It is highly symbolic of the father-son, mother-daughter, or parent-child relationship. It is a perfect symbol for God's memorial where each stone also represents God and His child.
Cleansing and Healing
- Start healing a wound by washing it with pure, clean water. This action flushes away dirt and infection promoting healing. Flowing water, a river, is symbolic of the cleansing and healing work of the Holy Spirit.
- In America, the focus of abortion is the mother. But abortion affects more than the woman. The entire family: the father, grandparents, aunts, uncles or even friends can be genuinely hurt.
- Because the spirit is wounded and hurt, the spirit needs to be healed with true spiritual principles. More>>

The Stones
- At the command of God, Joshua is lead to make a pile of stones. This memorial is a sign that God leads His people and He cares for His people.
Joshua 4:6-9... that this may be a sign among you when your children ask in time to come, saying, 'What do these stones mean to you?' 7 Then you shall answer them that the waters of the Jordan were cut off before the ark of the covenant of the LORD; when it crossed over the Jordan, the waters of the Jordan were cut off. And these stones shall be for a memorial to the children of Israel forever. 8 And the children of Israel did so, just as Joshua commanded, and took up twelve stones from the midst of the Jordan, as the LORD had spoken to Joshua, according to the number of the tribes of the children of Israel, and carried them over with them to the place where they lodged, and laid them down there. 9 Then Joshua set up twelve stones in the midst of the Jordan, in the place where the feet of the priests who bore the ark of the covenant stood; and they are there to this day.
- Stones are symbolic of God's passion and love for His children. In this story, the high priest puts stones over his heart, a close intimate place, as a memorial before God.
Exodus 28:21 And the stones shall have the names of the sons of Israel, twelve according to their names, like the engravings of a signet, each one with its own name; they shall be according to the twelve tribes. ... 29 "So Aaron shall bear the names of the sons of Israel on the breastplate of judgment over his heart, when he goes into the holy place, as a memorial before the LORD continually.
The River
- Where can one find healing and living water? Is it in a stagnant, lifeless pond? Jesus tells us He provides this living water, a river of healing water for all. This living water refreshes, restores, rebuilds and ultimately heals. Do you want to be healed?
John 7:37-39 "On the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, "If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink. 38 He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water." 39 But this He spoke concerning the Spirit, whom those believing in Him would receive; for the Holy Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified.
Rev 22:1 " And he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding from the throne of God and of the Lamb. In the middle of its street, and on either side of the river, was the tree of life, which bore twelve fruits, each tree yielding its fruit every month. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations."
- Now you know that only way to true healing is through Christ. Take the next step with his real healing now.
Hebrews 10:19-22 "Therefore, brethren, having boldness to enter the Holiest by the blood of Jesus, 20 by a new and living way which He consecrated for us, through the veil, that is, His flesh, 21 and having a High Priest over the house of God, 22 let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water."
